Who do you say that I am?

John Chapter 1

1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was with God in the beginning. 3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. 4 In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. 5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.

-Life itself owes it's existence to Jesus-

 First John 4

And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent his Son to be the Savior of the world.

-Jesus is the liberator, the rescuer, the defender, the way, the truth and the life. We are saved from ourselves and Satan's tyranny. And we are given a great hope in this life and in life-eternal in the world to come when Jesus restores all things-

Our Best Friend

  John 15:14 & 15

You are my friends if you do what I command. I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you.

-In obedience to the will of Jesus we have a true and unwavering friendship with him, and all that our Heavenly Father possesses is ours in love-
